Phone Tracking - Cisco CallManager 5 and Higher

Cisco Call Manager version 5 and higher stores call records in an FTP-accessible folder. Enter the following information:

  • FTP path to CDR folder
  • FTP Username
  • FTP Password

Note: Cisco Call Manager 4.x and below stores call records in a SQL database, rather than in an FTP folder. For older versions, see our Cisco CallManager 4 adapter.
