Issues tracking Ricoh devices using RPCS drivers

Issue:

Quantity or dimensions are recorded incorrectly on some Ricoh MFP devices using Ricoh's proprietary RPCS driver format.

Resolution:

RPCS is a proprietary print language based on PCL6. Any print functionality found in RPCS can generally be found with the standard Ricoh PCL drivers. Ricoh stopped developing drivers using RPCS in 2010, and recommends using their standard PCL and PS drivers instead.

Argos fully supports Ricoh PostScript and PCL drivers. To resolve any tracking issues seen with RPCS drivers, switch to a PCL or PostScript driver.
